Budget Management: Setting up a Budget and billing expenses.

Venue Selection: Going through the selecting and booking the right venue that combines the ceremony and reception sections together.

Vendor Coordination: Managing human resources along this line, which by extension will include large number of vendors and their services like food caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians.

Guest List Management: Sending out invitations and keeping the attendee list updated with replies, yes or no.

Timeline Creation: Preparing thoroughly by making a calendar of the day's events and keeping contact with vendors.

Design and Decor: The choice of a centerpiece, flowers, and the coordination of linens, and table settings, form an important part of a wedding.

Ceremony Planning: Handling all the logistics of setting the order of the event for the ceremony, such as seating arrangements.

Reception Planning: The making of a floor plan, seat arrangement, and the finalizing of the entertainment for the reception are among the things I'll need to do.
