A bachelor party is a celebration celebrated before the groom’s wedding. Typically closest friends and family members are invited to the party. It is generally planned 1 to 3 months before the wedding.
Bachelor parties allow a groom to spend quality time with his closest friends, enjoying the last celebration of his single life. During the whole wedding process, a bachelor party is only a party where a groom is the center of attraction. It is organized by the best man and friends of the groom.

1. Ask the groom first
If you want to organize a bachelor party for your friends, ask the groom first because it is for him to celebrate his life before the wedding.
Believe me, asking a groom is better rather than throwing him a surprise party. Some grooms loved to be involved more than any others in planning their bachelor party. Asking a groom and preparing a plan as his wish is more convincing and surely he will enjoy the bash.

After getting the approval of the groom you can go further about planning a bachelor party. It’s probably impossible for all the friends together planning about a party physically.

3. Consider all friends’ budget
As they have to pay for their bachelor party expense on their own, it’s better to ask them if it is appropriate for all. If you plan something expensive without asking if they are willing or not later they may not attend a party.

It is very necessary to decide early about where you are staying. Before booking any room, don’t forget to ask your friends whether they are coming or not. It helps to decide how many rooms you should book and helps to manage the cost.
One of my relatives has booked rooms for 10 friends but later only 6 friends were able to attend and they have to cover the others 4 friends’ costs themselves. That’s why it is wise to ask your friends before booking accommodations.
7. Plan what to do
After reaching your destination you should know what you are going to do. For example; some people like to go to a specific club and have drinks and party, some want to take a sun bath at the beach, some likes to do fishing, some want to watch a live concert or a comedy, and some want to go casino and play poker.
That’s why you should plan early about what you are going to do according to the groom’s or the group’s preference. That way you won’t be confused about what to do after reaching there.
8. Finalize the guest list
After planning everything in the way it should be, finally, you can inform all your friends as you like. As you like means you can send invitation cards or email them or you can message them in a group or you can personally call them. However you send the invitation, make sure they got the final details.
